Finnish Speaking Customer Care Agent

Patrique Mercier Recruitment FR is seeking a Finnish Speaking Customer Care Agent to enhance our dynamic team. If you have a passion for customer service and are fluent in Finnish, this role presents an exciting opportunity to assist and support our Finnish-speaking clients.

Responsibilities

• Provide exceptional customer care to Finnish-speaking clients across multiple communication channels including phone, email, and chat.
• Respond to customer inquiries, resolve issues, and ensure a positive experience.
• Document and manage customer interactions accurately within the CRM system.
• Maintain a comprehensive understanding of our products and services to deliver effective support.
• Work collaboratively with team members to enhance the customer experience.
• Engage in ongoing training sessions to improve service skills and product knowledge.

Requirements

• Fluency in Finnish and English, both written and spoken.
• Previous experience in customer service or a related field is preferred.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
• Ability to effectively resolve customer issues and maintain satisfaction.
• Proficient in using customer service tools and Microsoft Office Suite.
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
• Dedicated to delivering outstanding customer service.
