Willingness to embrace changes and view them as opportunities for improvement. Collaboration is key to success, with an emphasis on prioritizing team goals over individual ambitions. Market-based basic salary A three-day initial training session will combine classroom instruction and on-the-job learning to prepare you thoroughly for the role. Fun, people-oriented call center Flexible work options include working from the office, hybrid work after an initial period, or fully remote positions depending on your location. Full-time (40 hours per week) and part-time (minimum of 30 hours) options are available. Opportunities for promotion to roles like Senior Agent or Team Lead, based on project needs. Private health insurance and a relocation package are offered.

As a Sales Support Agent, you'll play a key role in ensuring customers receive top-notch service for home delivery of frozen food and wine. The role involves engaging with existing clients to manage orders, inform them of any delivery changes, and offer additional products while contributing to the overall success of the company's sales campaigns.
Your role
- Outbound Sales : Contact customers to update them on delivery schedule changes, reschedule missed deliveries, and gather orders for upcoming planned deliveries or holidays. You’ll also have the opportunity to offer complementary products and special promotions during these calls.
- Inbound Support : Handle customer inquiries through phone or email, including order placement, appointment cancellations, rescheduling delivery visits, and addressing general questions about products or services.
- Customer Care : Maintain a high level of professionalism in all interactions, ensuring both customer satisfaction and meeting company sales objectives.
