We are looking for you

at the earliest possible date

as :

First Level Supporter / ITK Admin (m / f / d)

Your tasks :

• IT support for our employees in the office, field service and home office
• Support for peripheral devices (printers, scanners, barcode readers, MDE devices and much more)
• IT onboarding and offboarding as well as training new employees
• Support and administration of our means of communication (including telephone system, smartphones)
• Support with the administration of the Titania IT landscape
• Project support for the acquisition of new IT systems from PoC to implementation in collaboration with the specialist department
