Are you a German speaker? We are looking for German Customer Support Consultants to join the dynamic team of Netflix. Are you a TV shows fan?

What you will do :

Communicating through chat & phone with subscribers
Answering how-to questions about payment
Troubleshooting streaming and content issues
Assisting subscribers with howto questions & navigating on Netflix

Requirements

Excellent communication skills in German

C1 / C2 English skills

Bachelor’s degree (preferred)

Minimum 6 months of relevant customer care experience

General understanding of online marketing products / services being supported

Excellent communication skills

EU Passport

Relocation to Greece
