What will you do?Provide technical support and assistance to customers via calls, emails, and chats.Troubleshoot technical issues and guide customers to effective solutions.Act as a brand ambassador, staying informed about product updates and troubleshooting techniques.Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and solutions providedCollaborate with internal teams to escalate complex issues when needed.

Requirements

Candidate profile Near-native level in French.Good communication skills in English (B2+ level).Exceptional communication & soft skills, as well as problem-solving skills.Computer knowledge / tech savviness.Resourceful, able in multitasking.Willing and able to adapt to changes.Able to work independently and as a member of a team.Prior customer support experience will be considered as an advantage.
