Responsibilities
- Provide exceptional remote support to Spanish-speaking clients through phone, email, and chat
- Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues promptly and effectively
- Document every client interaction and support case in our CRM system
- Guide clients on product features to maximize their user experience
- Collaborate with team members to address complex client requests
- Gather client feedback to inform service improvements
- Participate in training workshops to stay updated on product enhancements
