Job description
- Provide consulting analysis of clients' business needs and design tailored solutions.
- Provide consulting and implementation services for ERP/CRM/E-learning projects
- Manage and oversee ERP / E-learning projects from initiation to completion.
- Deliver training and technical support to ERP / E-learning system users.
- Customize and optimize ERP / E-learning systems to meet specific client requirements.
- Collaborate with various departments (Sales, Finance, Procurement, etc.) to ensure smooth integration.
- Troubleshoot technical issues and stay up-to-date with ERP / E-learning industry advancements.
- Participate and/or lead the User Acceptance Test (UAT), support activities and act as a point of contact for the Customer's Users.
- Act as a liaison between customer stakeholders and communicate customer issues to the relevant technical teams.
