Job description
- Oversee the end-to-end deployment of Salesforce solutions, ensuring seamless configuration, customization, and integration of Salesforce products (Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, Marketing Cloud, etc.) to meet client business needs.
- Engage with clients to gather requirements, define project scope, and offer strategic guidance, ensuring Salesforce solutions align with business objectives.
- Design and configure custom workflows, automation processes, validation rules, and custom objects, continuously enhancing system efficiency.
- Manage the integration of Salesforce with third-party applications, ensuring seamless data flow and automation.
- Provide mentorship to junior consultants and development teams, offering expertise in Salesforce development, configurations, and troubleshooting.
- Identify and resolve complex Salesforce issues, ensuring continuous optimization and system performance.
- Conduct user training sessions and develop documentation to facilitate effective adoption and long-term system usability.
- Work closely with project managers to ensure timely and successful project delivery, participating in planning, estimations, and risk assessments.
- Develop custom reports and dashboards to provide insights into key performance metrics and support business decision-making.
