Job description
- Manage and monitor the company’s ICT systems and infrastructure
- Monitor the maintenance and development of on-premises and cloud systems and network infrastructure.
- Proactively ensure the highest levels of systems and infrastructure availability
- Collaborate with in-house and third-party IT professionals to ensure high-quality support services and successful project delivery.
- Design, develop, implement, and coordinate systems, policies and procedures.
- Identify problematic areas and implement strategic solutions
- Write and maintain custom scripts to increase system efficiency and lower the human intervention time on any tasks
- Participate in the design of information and operational support systems. Be able to design new solutions or suggest optimal solutions.
- Provide advice on the appropriate hardware / software to ensure systems meet the company’s needs.
- Liaise with external auditors for the external audits of the company’s on-premises and cloud systems.
- Ensure the security of data, network access and backup systems.
- Provide support and troubleshoot issues related to systems and network infrastructure when required
