Contribute to Port Master Plan, Marina Master Plan design, and Tourist Development Master Plan, including preparation of drawings and reporting, according to a senior engineer’s guidelines.

Compilation of technical reports regarding the design of master plans as required for presentation and permitting for a variety of clients and authorities.

Prepare memos, replies, and technical reports regarding planning studies, master plans for presentation and permitting purposes for various clients and authorities.

Follow up permitting procedure.
