Job description
Development & Technical Execution
- Write clean, maintainable PHP code using Laravel and Symfony components.
- Build and optimize internal and external RESTful APIs.
- Participate in full development lifecycle — from requirement analysis to design, implementation, testing, deployment, and monitoring.
- Write and maintain unit, integration, and functional tests.
- Ensure efficient interaction with relational databases and write optimized queries.
Code Quality & Engineering Standards
- Follow industry best practices and internal coding standards (PSR, SOLID principles, testing).
- Participate in code reviews, architectural discussions, and continuous refactoring efforts.
- Document systems and processes clearly and keep documentation up to date.
- Help maintain a stable, secure, and performant production environment.
Team Collaboration & Cross-functional Support
- Work closely with frontend developers and designers to deliver complete user experiences.
- Collaborate with Product Managers to clarify requirements and scope tasks realistically.
- Support QA efforts by understanding edge cases and designing with testability in mind.
- Proactively support the Customer Success and Support teams with technical insights and timely fixes for urgent issues.
