Job description
- Management and monitoring of outstanding invoices.
- Sending payment reminders and following up via email.
- Entry of insurance policies and related financial documents.
- Daily use and management of insurance company portals.
- Reconciliation of accounts with insurance providers.
- Support in ad-hoc projects and special assignments.
- Assistance with month-end and year-end accounting procedures.
- Implementation and adherence to internal processes and controls.
- Other general administrative and accounting support tasks.
- Data analysis and close collaboration with Management to provide accurate and timely insights for strategic decision-making.
