Dutch Airline B2B Agent

This is a full-time job opportunity for fluent Dutch speakers, based in Athens.

In this role you will have the chance to communicate with the Dutch speaking partners of one of the best ranked luxury airlines companies in the world as an official contact person.

For this Dutch airline B2B agentposition, our client offers:

• A competitive salary
• 500€ bonus upon training completion
• Performance bonus
• Stable working hours Monday to Friday
• Two (2) extra salaries throughout the year (one salary in Christmas, half in Easter, half in summer)

The responsibilities for this Dutch airline B2B agent role include:

• act as the first point of contact for all Dutch speaking partners
• respond and record partners' inquiries raised through inbound calls or emails
• maintain solid partner relationships with Dutch companies abroad by handling questions with speed and professionalism
• troubleshoot and resolve common problems between the cooperation
• delight partners with your knowledge and expertise in order to exceed their expectations

The qualifications for thisDutch airline B2B agent role are:

• An excellent level of the Dutch language
• A good level of the English language
• PC literacy
• A degree can be a plus

• High adaptability in dynamic working environments
• Strong communication skills, both written and verbal
• Client centric mindset
• Pleasant and positive attitude
• Good time management

Experience in hospitality, travel or airline industry is a plus but not required.
