Brazilian Portuguese-Speaking Trust & Safety Specialist

CloserHire is partnering with a leading global customer experience provider to recruit Brazilian Portuguese-speaking Trust & Safety Specialists for an international social media project in Greece. In this role, you will help create a safer online environment by reviewing content and supporting platform integrity across one of the world’s largest social media platforms. You will work in a fast-paced and multicultural environment where attention to detail, critical thinking, and responsible decision-making are essential. Language required: Brazilian Portuguese

Responsibilities:

• Review and moderate online content to ensure compliance with platform policies and community guidelines
• Investigate user reports and identify policy violations when necessary
• Handle customer support interactions via chat, email, and outbound communication depending on the workflow
• Maintain high levels of accuracy and quality while working with sensitive information
• Escalate complex cases and collaborate with internal teams when required
• Contribute to improving the overall safety and integrity of the platform
• Adapt to different workflows and responsibilities based on business needs

Requirements:

• Native or fluent
• Brazilian Portuguese (C1 level)
• Good English skills
• (B2-C1 depending on workflow)
• Strong written communication and analytical skills
• High attention to detail and ability to make accurate decisions
• Comfortable working in a fast-paced and target-driven environment
• Ability to handle sensitive or potentially disturbing content when required
• Experience in customer support, content moderation, or BPO environments is a plus
• Team-oriented mindset with flexibility and adaptability
