Job descriptionΠτυχίο ΑΕΙ, Χημικός / Χημικός Μηχανικός / Φαρμακοποιός Μεταπτυχιακός τίτλος στη Διασφάλιση Ποιότητας θα θεωρηθεί ως επιπλέον προσόν Εμπειρία 1-3 ετών σε αντίστοιχη θέση βιομηχανικού περιβάλλοντος (ιδιαίτερα από φαρμακοβιομηχανία) Γνώσεις χειρισμού Η / Υ (MS-Office) Πολύ καλή γνώση της Αγγλικής γλώσσας Ισχυρές οργανωτικές και διοικητικές ικανότητες Τεκμηριωμένες ικανότητες διαχείρισης έργου Πελατοκεντρική αντίληψη

QUALITY OPERATIONS OFFICER

Ο κάτοχος της θέσης θα αναφέρεται στον Quality Operations Manager και θα έχει τις εξής αρμοδιότητες :
- Χειρισμός των παραπόνων από τους πελάτες. Διενέργεια των διερευνήσεων που προκύπτουν από τα παράπονα, έκδοση των σχετικών αναφορών και συντονισμός όλων των απαραίτητων ενεργειών
- Έκδοση των Product Annual Reviews και αποστολή αυτών στους πελάτες της FAMAR
- Διεξαγωγή αξιολόγησης παραγωγικών και συσκευαστικών διαδικασιών
- Συμμετοχή στις καθορισμένες συναντήσεις που διεξάγονται στα τμήματα manufacturing / packaging για τα προβλήματα ποιότητας που εντοπίζονται
- Ενεργή συμμετοχή στα change controls που γίνονται και αφορούν τα προϊόντα
- Πραγματοποίηση διερευνήσεων για θέματα που αφορούν ποιοτικές αποκλίσεις στις παραγωγικές διαδικασίες
- Υποστήριξη αιτημάτων πελατών που αφορούν την παραγωγή και τον έλεγχο των προϊόντων
