In this role, you will be the frontline support for Spanish-speaking clients, providing outstanding customer service and technical assistance. Responsibilities
- Provide high-quality support to Spanish-speaking customers through various remote channels, including phone, email, and chat.
- Identify, diagnose, and troubleshoot technical issues related to software, hardware, and applications.
- Guide customers through step-by-step solutions and walk them through basic troubleshooting processes.
- Keep detailed documentation of support cases and maintain accurate records in the support system.
- Collaborate with technical teams to escalate and resolve more complicated technical issues.

- Stay updated on new products, services, and industry trends to enhance customer support experience.
Requirements
