Je helpt klanten via telefoon, chat of e-mail met vragen over facturen, contracten en klantgegevens.
Jouw taken :
- 📞 Behandelen van inkomende telefoontjes, e-mails en chats
- 💡 Helpen met facturen, betalingen en tariefwijzigingen
- ❤️ Oplossen van klachten en zorgen voor tevreden klanten
- 🔁 Klantbehoud en duurzame klantrelaties opbouwen
