This role is ideal for individuals who are passionate about customer service and technology. As a Tier 1 Support Agent, you will be the first point of contact for our Italian-speaking clients, providing them with essential support and assistance.
Responsibilities
- Respond to customer inquiries from Italian-speaking clients via phone, email, and chat promptly and professionally.
- Troubleshoot basic technical issues and provide appropriate solutions or escalate as needed.
- Provide clear and concise information regarding products, services, and policies.
- Document all interactions and resolutions accurately in the support management system.
- Educate customers on product features and offer tips to enhance their experience.
- Collaborate with team members to improve service quality and customer satisfaction.
- Stay informed about company products, updates, and industry trends to provide effective support.
Requirements
