Responsibilities

Engage with Italian-speaking customers through live chat, providing prompt and professional assistance.
Address inquiries regarding gaming accounts, promotions, and gameplay issues effectively.
Inform customers about new game releases, features, and ongoing promotions.
Document customer interactions accurately in the CRM system for logging and follow-up purposes.
Collaborate with team members to share insights and improve overall customer satisfaction.
Gather and analyze customer feedback to contribute to service enhancement initiatives.
Stay updated on the latest gaming trends and company offerings to offer informed support to customers.

Requirements

Fluency in Italian and English, both written and spoken.

Experience in customer service or gaming support roles is preferred.

A strong passion for online gaming and understanding of gaming platforms.

Excellent communication skills with a friendly and approachable demeanor.

Proficiency in using live chat software and familiarity with CRM tools.

Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment.

Willingness to work flexible shifts, including evenings and weekends when required.
