Design and develop effective ventilation plans for all underground mining operations, adhering to strict safety regulations and industry best practices.
Conduct regular inspections and assessments of the ventilation system, identifying and troubleshooting any issues that may arise.
Oversee the installation, commissioning, and maintenance of ventilation equipment, including fans, ducts, and monitoring systems.
Prepare and maintain comprehensive ventilation reports and documentation.
Utilize VentSim software to design and optimize ventilation systems for underground mine operations.
Conduct risk assessments related to ventilation systems and air quality hazards.
Provide training and guidance to mine personnel on ventilation principles, practices, and safety procedures.
