We are the leader in elevators, escalators and moving walkways. We’re now seeking a Communications Business Partner for IBERIA & AFRICA.
ROLE OBJECTIVE :
Develop, for the Market Group (Iberia & Africa), strategic integrated communications plans aligned with the business vision and strategy to engage customers, media, external stakeholders and employees, including a clear messaging framework.
KEY RESPONSABILITIES :
Strategic Advisor : Consults on such things as Leadership Messaging, Reputation Management, Employee Messaging, Social Impact, etc.
Liaison : Acts as a key point of contact and two-way conduit to communicate between the Strategic Content & Production and Customization & Delivery groups.
Roll-Out : Coordinates, communicates and distributes Otis-wide, regional and local programs and messaging ensuring customer and employee engagement.
Customized Content Writing : Writes original and relevant content for market or leadership messaging, social media, press releases, etc.
Execution : Provides project coordination and execution for communications initiatives and communication events.
Digital Chanel Management : (social media, employee communication assets, etc.). Contribute to the creation of content specific to the geography & Manages the geography’s key language-speaking channels (strategy, content).
Social Impact : Executes CSR initiatives and ensures that social and environmental concerns and partnerships are identified, promoted and incorporated into country activities and messaging.
